How Net Loss Is Calculated
The weekly period runs from Monday 00:00:00 to Sunday 23:59:59 (GMT+8). Net loss is the difference between total valid bets and total returns within that period:

- Minimum qualifying net loss is USDT 100 for the calculation week. Below this threshold no cashback is issued.
- Cashback carries a 3x turnover requirement on the cashback amount before withdrawal.
- Bets that are void, tied, cancelled, or placed on opposite sides of the same market are excluded from the net loss calculation.
- Turnover on non-live table games, non-slot games, and arcade games does not count toward the turnover requirement unless specifically stated.
- Members with an active bonus that has not met its turnover requirement at the end of the calculation week are not eligible for that week's cashback.
- Net loss cannot be carried over between weeks. Each calculation period stands alone.
- All offers are limited to one per person — one per family, household address, IP address, email address, phone number, crypto wallet address, e-payment account, or shared computer.
